When you submit a fit check or review request, we may collect contact details, company information, carrier mix, approximate shipping spend and information you voluntarily provide. During an engagement, additional shipment, invoice and carrier-account data may be processed as needed to perform the agreed service.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, qualify potential recovery opportunities, provide contracted services, maintain security, improve operations and comply with legal obligations.

Data minimization

ParcelCredits aims to request only information reasonably necessary for the applicable review or service. Banking credentials are not required for a shipment audit.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers or recovery partners only as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, maintain the website or comply with law. ParcelCredits does not use shipment or invoice data as a data-broker or advertising product. Contractual arrangements may impose additional data-processing terms.

Website assistant

The website assistant is playbook-driven in the browser and is not intended for passwords, payment-card details, banking credentials or other sensitive authentication information.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual obligations and applicable legal requirements. You may contact ParcelCredits to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
